Ovens on order!

After significant research, I believe I’ve found the right “next step” for Jinx. Something in-between renting a space and buying $20k ovens. On order are two Rofco B40 ovens, both of which will nestle right into my kitchen, mostly out of sight.

They will add to my capacity 4x and obviously offer redundancy. But they won’t arrive until May, seeing as others have the same idea. I am a little nervous about ordering them but feel pretty good about how things are going.
