Just three ingredients in every bread. All Jinx breads are free from sugar, seeds, nuts, dairy, or artificial sourdough flavoring. The heirloom wheat is so delicious that masking it would be like putting ketchup on a wagyu steak.
Natural leaven (“sourdough starter”) with heirloom wheat and a well-fired crust make bread what hasn’t been for a hundred years: Interesting.
You can enjoy Jinx bread at exceptional restaurants in the greater Austin area and the Barton Creek Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, 9-1.

You’ll learn everything you need to consistently produce a delicious and healthful bread with just 3 ingredients.
Most importantly, you’ll have the confidence of knowing why your bread turned out the way it did.
